Orders and Shipping


Shipping Information

Springkode orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Due to size, weight and destination variations shipping costs may vary.

Worldwide pickup points are also available for collecting and returning your orders. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times

Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days
Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Springkode cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.


We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of theses locations: European Union and USA (up to 800,00 USD).

Shipping to outside European Union

For international orders shipped to customers in the United States of America, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Springkode partner.

All other regions duties and taxes may apply, please contact your local Customs office.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant Springkode partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘Orders’ in your Springkode account.

If you order from multiple Springkode partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.


As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible by opening a support ticket in your Springkode account and request to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a Springkode partner, we offer a Free Returns service.
